Michaela Poole, owner, was born in Kassel, Germany where she started taking ballet lessons at the age of 5. When she was 14, Michaela enrolled in a high school specializing in Ballet and Modern Dance in Essen, Germany; a school affiliated with the Pina Bausch Dance Company. At 16 she returned to her hometown to study Royal Ballet of London technique. During this time she was certified as a Ballet Instructor. Michaela then danced with the State Theatre, Staatstheater Kassel. At the age of 19 Michaela moved to the United States. She enrolled at the University of Cincinnati and graduated with a BFA in Dance for Ballet and Modern Dance.

Michaela has taught locally at Dance studios in Naples and Cape Coral and is currently teaching the ballet program at Rhythm in Motion. She is also active in ballroom dancing and dancesport. Michaela is very active with USA Dance Chapter 6049 and has been appointed social director for this local USA Dance Chapter.
